The studio is located in "El Dorado" complex, in the heart of Playas De Las Americas, in an area full of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops... 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, 10 minutes from 'Las Veronicas' party-area. The bus stop "Columbus" is just in front of the complex. The studio is at the 8th floor.
El Dorado facilities are: Swimming pool (with Bar/Restaurant and mini pool for children), reception 24h, garden, 2 tennis courts, private parking and lift.

Beach (300m from the apartment)
The main beach here has calm waters and is a haven for holidaymakers throughout the year. Children play, couples walk hand in hand on the shore and groups of friends hang out.
Facilities are excellent, kiosks selling refreshing drinks and ice-creams line the sand and you will even find volleyball nets if you are feeling energetic.
And if want to try out some water sports, there is a wide variety on offer with plenty of shops hiring out equipment like surfboards, wetsuits and snorkelling gear
Siam Park (2km from the apartment)
Opened in 2008, the Thai-themed park boasts the tallest manmade waves in the world (3 meters), and the Tower of Power with its 28-meter vertical drop. The sprawling park takes up 185,000 square meters overall, and it won TripAdvisor’s survey in 2015.

Golf las Américas is noted for its excellent maintenance and its professionalism. Golf Las Américas is a championship 18 hole par 72 course with an overall length of 6.051 meters (6.617 yards) with lakes and rivers meandering throughout the course.

Shopping and Night Life
Due to Playa de las Américas being a resort town, there are many sources of shopping to indulge in. You will discover special finds such as pearls and crafts or duty-free shops where you can buy cheap alcohol, perfume, electronics and clothing. On the beach promenade you will find small shops selling popular products such as inflatable sun loungers, beachwear and anything you could possibly need for the beach
